2. Using our website
By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with a parent's permission.
3. Product use and safety
Read the user guide before using any Groundkeep product. Results depend on your yard, the weather and how you use the product. Times and distances shown on this website are typical estimates, not guarantees.
Lawn sweeper: a manual sweeper for home use. Use it on dry debris, on mowed grass, artificial turf, patios and driveways. Do not use it to pick up rocks, glass, metal, or wet or heavy debris. Keep hands and feet away from the brushes while it moves.
Cordless snow shovel: a battery-powered snow shovel for home use. Use it on paved surfaces only, never on gravel, because the auger can throw stones. It is made for loose snow, not ice. Never point the snow toward people, pets, cars or windows. Remove the battery before you clear a jam, clean or store it. Charge the battery only with the charger supplied, indoors and away from heat.
4. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) in Australia and in US dollars (USD) in the United States. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or stock issues. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full. Prices and offers can change at any time, but never after you have placed your order.
5. Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, our 30-day money-back guarantee and our warranty are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Your consumer rights
If you are a consumer in Australia, nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. If you are a consumer in the United States, nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state. Where these terms conflict with those rights, those rights apply.
7. Intellectual property
The Groundkeep name, logo, text, images and videos on this website belong to SELLZER LLC or are used with permission. You may not use them without our written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. This does not apply where the law does not allow it, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer in Australia, you keep the full protection of the Australian Consumer Law and of the laws of the state or territory where you live. If you are a consumer in the United States, you keep the protection of the laws of the state where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
