Free shipping

Shipping is free on all orders across Australia. No minimum.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days. During busy periods, it can take a little longer.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at support@groundkeep.com. We can update the address only before your order ships.

Lost or late orders

If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after you placed it, email us. We'll find it or send you a replacement.

Prices and GST

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). If GST applies to your order, it is included in the price shown at checkout. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
