Refund policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to try your Groundkeep product at home, even if nothing is wrong with it. If it isn't for you, you can return it for a full refund of the product price.
1. Email us at support@groundkeep.com with your order number.
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with your return instructions and the return address.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of our reply, cleaned and with all its parts. Snow shovels must be returned with their battery and charger. We recommend a tracked shipping method.
Return shipping for the 30-day guarantee is paid by the customer.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If your item is faulty, arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email us at support@groundkeep.com with your order number and a photo. We'll offer you a refund, a replacement or a replacement part, and we'll cover the return shipping.
Warranty
Every Groundkeep product is covered for 1 year from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use. A Groundkeep Cordless Snow Shovel bought with the Winter Kit is covered for 2 years. The warranty does not cover normal wear of brushes and blades, misuse, accidents, rocks, gravel or ice, or modifications. To make a claim, email us with your order number and a photo or video of the problem. We'll send a free replacement part or unit.
Customers in Australia
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Our money-back guarantee and warranty are in addition to these rights.
Customers in the United States
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.
Refunds
We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
